Tilt the vanes so they are more straight up vs. leaned back. Top of vane move toward the cab. You may have to move them back rearward for soybeans if you are consuming lots of power. If you email me a fax # I can fax you a sheet on disrupter placement. What they will do is in corn they will break open husks and stir the mat of MOG and release kernals being carried out. Is your corn clean picking or dirty? Another thought, you said your rotor speed was 260, thats too slow, you need to be up around 400. Take advantage of centrifugal force to separate.

What other crops do you raise? Are you 50/50 corn bean? If you are mostly corn, I hate to break it to ya, but the old standard rotor is the ultimate in shelling corn. I'm not a fan of speciality rotors.
