| Actually I'll be fine, Grain Trader, bought a small parcel 2 years ago, owe a little money on.
Been toying with the idea of making a larger purchase , however I think I'm talking myself out of it. I refuse to leverage free and clear land to do it and if I use cash for the downpayment, could make things a little tight if we have a stretch of lean years.
Just hate to sit here and pass these sales up but I like to sleep well at night. There was a day when that wasn't the case and I didn't like it.
The grain market prolly will tease us one more time and then head for the bottom. | |
