If China is truly buying hand to mouth, if supplies tighten it could extend a rally? Might be a fight over the last bean comparable to the isles in Wal-Mart when "tickle me Elmo" was the hot toy. But imo This is a year later when there are too many christmas toys on the shelf, so China is happy to wait for the day after Christmas sale.
