There's two types of investment buyers. The long term guys and the johnny come lately's. The long term guys in my area quit buying a couple years ago, about the time the Johnny come lately investors came in chasing the latest hot investment. The JCL's will probably sell soon and chase the next bubble. The long term guys are showing a little interest, but not in any hurry.
