Yes, I researched him too. Land isn't coming down anytime soon.
neither is property tax, when you hear rumblings of simple solution's like a single use tax for all property, you wonder.
In some states it will come to the point of land coming down just because of the tax issue. Its been too much of a safe haven for our fine people in charge.
