Right now a ATM = at the money ZCH call for roughly .17-.18 that's CHEAP. Will this work,,, IDK but its a cheap way to stay in the game being long corn,,, WITHOUT paying high priced commercial storage rates. 3 reason I like this,
1. Your NOT signing a DP contract*****.
2. Your grain is sold, its cleared to floated down the river into the export channels. Cant be exported if its on open storage or sitting in your bins
3. You have the CASH.
You may not like #2 but if you want higher prices in the future,,, we gotta get the stuff sold somewhere and shipped out of here. | |
