Is this a hypothetical question or is there some news suggesting the EPA intends to abolish the RFS? As far as I know the EPA has only limited the mandate for biofuels to the extent necessary to keep the amounts consistent with the 10% ethanol blend wall but maybe I misunderstood their latest announcements?
I think they have pretty much abandon cellulosic ethanol.
Would the EPA trashing the entire RFS kill ethanol do dead in its tracks?
