Subject: RE: Is there a 50 year cycle?

20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana
Have heard the same thing Cows N crops. 50 year cycle makes since. Even tho not everyone is making the big $ some did earlier, I don't hear of any conservative yet progressive farmers going broke. Prices must work at these levels to an extent. Fall time is a poor time to be using the current price to justify rents or land prices. How many guys really sell their entire crop off the combine in the fall?

Give this corn market 50 more cents and watch the rents rise a little higher and auctions going closer to 1-2 years ago prices.... 2014 was a record crop and guys can still sell corn for over $4 in many areas of the country if they have storage. Give it a few more months and things will look more "glass half full" then half empty...
