Land bottomed in the 30's and 80's. I had a college professor in the mid 90's say odds are it will happen again in the 2030's. That really isn't too far away.

Land peak anytime now (over the next few years, if it hasn't already). Then no one wants to sell land for 5-10 years because it is not the price they could have got, even though it gets cheaper every day. Before you know it, it is 203X and a land cycle low roughly 50 years from the last low.

It would be neat to still be around to see if it plays out!
