Red River Valley | Your right 20K would have went a long way back then -- the thing is that what you made back then was more like $1,000 a year it was a stretch to finance then just as now.
Not sure what opportunities would have been available through bird flu issues ( I'm to old to do those type of things ) but as I understood it the employees of the contaminated facilities were kept out of them for disease control.
but if I was under 25 I would have been looking into it for sure.
lastly land today is not what your going to buy -- but save for the opportunity that may come along in the future.
