Death comes to us all. Life's but a walking shadow | I just received a notice about my ARC payments and while given my lack of base these payments aren't terribly significant to me I am curious about something. The first line say "total disbursments" XX dollars. Then it goes on to detail just how much will be deposited, YY dollars. The YY dollars is only about 60% of the XX dollars. Now the sequester can account for 6.8% shortfall but not 60%. What am I missing? |
