I certainly have more energy and feel less sluggish without all the extra weight and all those carbs. 

Been one of the nicest falls here in a good while. Earlier wrap up of harvest was nice and still having pretty warm weather yet. Perfect for cleaning stuff up and still getting projects done including some much needed tiling. After the crummy last 2 cold wet springs and last falls never drying continued wetness this one has been greatly appreciated. Nice to enjoy the warmer temps and beautiful scenery for a change. Seems like once the weather finally changes that can be the end of the nicer conditions so gotta keep getting as much done as possible. 

Hang in there Debra I'm sure you will continue to improve your numbers once you get back to AZ.
