It's going to take a few more years before things get like they were in the 80's.   We didn't get there overnight then and we won't now.   Plus we had high interest rates which we don't now but we do have much, higher machinery costs.   Still, it will take another couple years at these prices before the lawsuits start to stop foreclosures, etc.
