Can you give me a specific example of.......what possible difference it makes to you if your rents compare favorably or unfavorably to the others in you area?
Profitability is a big thing.
Many rents are also based on or determined by these surveys.
Always good to know if your rents are in line with the norm or not.
It's kind of like benchmarking....information is always a good thing.
