Using the SMV as a stationary marker is illegal in Ontario. I always thought that legitimate farmers should have the right to confiscate these driveway markers to use on their own equipment.
That is a great idea. I don't want cops wasting their time on such minor laws, but it also irritates me to see smv signs used as markers. How can drivers be expected to remember what the signs mean when most of the smv signs they see are meaningless?
