Here in our area the local coop dry fert spreader truck was cought by state patrol at 47 mph and he had a smv sign on the back and the officer told him that he could only go 35 mph without being registered. The coop got big fines over the whole deal since they were not very cooperative.
What are the legalities of slow equipment signage?
