AGB - 11/7/2015 05:55 I had one on the back of our gator and some guy told me that it was illegal because it went faster than 35. Not sure if he knows what he's talking about or not. This is in Michigan. Should be 25, or used to be anyway. But we did have a run in about 40 years ago with that issue on a NH haystacker/bale wagon/harrow bed etc. what ever one wishes to call them. It went 45 but was farm equipment. An SMV sign was good to 25mph. We had brake and tail lights, but not side markers or ID lighting. A state trooper did'nt know what to do, so he just wrote up a bunch of junk and we went to city haul and got it dropped, but it is or can be a grey area. |
