| Ben, what you are saying sounds logical and I do believe you for your area. That being said every one I have ever seen for my area is ridiculously low. It is a joke and a waste of taxpayers money if they can't get it closer than they do "for here". Easily 30 to 35 % too low. I know a guy who uses it to screw over some of his older widowed landlords and a lady that inherited a farm and doesn't know any better. It looks legit to her and why shouldn't it look legitimate. He thinks it's a big joke. Makes me nauseous when he talks about it. I dislike the talks on here about greedy landlords when the topic of rents comes up. I don't think it is as bad as the renters claim. | |
