East central Iowa, Camanche, Iowa | Very good genetics and clean living for the past 40+ years. I do take a few supplements for recovery but what you see is all natural mature mass from working smarter not harder. I really focus on the mind to muscle connection to get the maximum out of each rep. I then quit before I have annihilated the muscle tissue. It has worked very well for me the last 15 years.
