The extension service around here has put on some real good rent seminars and it seems like they have been trying to help the farmers out. Some of the landlords at these seminars like to ignore what they hear but at least the extension service is trying. I would think if the farmers all go broke than the extension service guys would be out of a job. I have the complete opposite view point of these rent surveys than you have.
