Your in Canuckistan and you are witnessing the effect of the worthless $CDN. If the bank of Canada had allowed interest rates to rise instead of lowering them we would not have hyper inflation. Prices are actually falling in the reserve currency so the US experience could be quite different that what we are seeing.
