NW IL, Mercer County | That would take a huge amount of acres to come up with 100k of savings. How many do you think that would be? I will never farm enough acres to be realistically put into this scenario. On the surface its easy to say "yes" but I would need to know what that price would get me exactly. And I would need to know what I'm giving up by going this route. Buying from someone I have a personal relationship with means quite a bit to me. | |
