It worked the last time we used it...such as it was. It never liked anything over about a 6" rim.
The tire bar and the cone nut that holds the wheel on the stem are the same as a Coats 20-20 or 40-40, and appear to carry some value. The rest of the machine is basically worth what it weighs as far as I'm concerned.
