Southern, WI | Waiting for everyone's auctions or for them to go out of business is not a good plan. You cant hate people who have gotten a better start than you because their dad and/or grandpa started the farm and yours didnt. Come ON! Even so, if there out pushing prices just because they have some money to burn that won't last long. But more times than not they wanna farm just as bad as you. We're all so good at thinking we want it the worst, ya every young guy around here would like to farm. But I think 90% just think farming is "cool" they all really got there $hit hott when corn went to $7. But most them are kids who just didn't "feel" like going to college or getting an actual career at the time. They've had about 9 part time Jobs since high school 3 years ago and just wanna tell there drinking buddies and girlfriend they "farm". I have some younger friends who've tried getting "skin" in the game and there getting there but kicked. But it ain't easy! They know
