If he produces than he in if not he's out seems a nice way to go.
If he can produce the highest yielding crop in the county and takes 5 bu from you is it still not the highest yielding crop in the county ???
The reason it will never happen and the reason farming went away from it is that it hard to raise the rent from 33% to 34% of the crop to bid the acres away from another farmer so we offer it in terms of cash and know that $2.00 per acre matters to non- farming heirs. | |
