Jesup, IA | I think farmers fail to consider how easy or hard of customer you are to do business with.
If you pay on time, rarely complain, have few product returns and don't use the business as a Rural Adult Day Care, you probably get the sharp pencil when they figure your price.
If you use the business as your lender, nothing pleases you, change your mind and return items routinely after getting the packaging dirty, and suck up tons of the merchant's time, they probably just add the cost of these issues to your retail price. | |
