Montana | Many thousands of acres of Northern Golden Valley County are in CRP and the Elk live on that land until they allow haying or grazing of the CRP in a drought year and then the Elk come to my place to eat and live and wreck my fences. CRP for wildlife needs to be open for hunting and not given back to the landowner to hay or graze and take the Elk feed away.
I am not a fan of the goofy Mismanagement of wildlife by Montana FWP. I would like to have them give me the permits to allow the people, who respect and appreciate , to hunt on my land.
Most often the ones who want to hunt just want to drive around and are not really here to try to get a critter, they just want to cruise and Trophy hunt.
