Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Same here. I'm willing to pay a little more for service. I just want to be on an even keel with someone who is doing the same thing as I am. I think a lot of dealers don't sell their value enough and take a lower margin than they need because they think customers are buying only on price. Now, some retailers can't sell on value because they have poor service but the ones that do have good service should be able to get payed for that. |
