+1. I'm an STO but sometimes I piggy back orders with some larger operations. Every once in a while I do cash and carry and have questioned what I was charged. Caused me to change suppliers more than once. I will pay for small orders, service, and knowledge if I need it. Hate to pay for those things if I didn't need or didn't ask.
