I was incorrect...

And my answer was not meant to be offensive in any way.

What my point was, was that these countries have to be completely tore down and broke and then can be built back up. Germany will, if i had to guess, be in the same shape as most other countries some day (broke). But for a brief time can look like a economic freight trane chugging along the tracks right on time.... But then with modern policy and socialistic spending policies turn into an out of control freight trane waiting to run off the tracsmks and destroy everything in its path...
