I guess I'm old school here, this sounds like "Phantom Orders"
These orders are buy OR sell orders places above or below a given market to make it "LOOK" stronger OR weaker then it actually is
"Phantom Orders" is what topped the corn market in 2008 to the tune of 40-50k maybe even 70-80k I can't remember.
"Phantom Orders" = old school with "Spoofing" = new school, ONLY DIFFERENCE is the speed of which its done. | |
