| Yea-The rent deal is retarded-A lot of it is caused by guv programs-But its mostly bullish enthusiasm-I really feel for the small guys and young'uns-Lots of em are one stupid bid away from losing half their land base-I really think that this bear will restructure rents to a profitable level eventually-Just have to survive till then-Most will-Some wont-Inputs have a history of coming down to reflect reality too-I'm bullish long term on ag-We just have to get thru this down cycle | |
