| Just one more note here - I mentioned 1991. Looking back at expectations for that double low pattern, I see that the futures were similar to now. The fat market was expected to rally - futures were at a significant premium to cash. This, IMHO, is the most bearish thing.
But, as I said, placements have been dropping substantially for the last few weeks now too. They did back then too. | |
