| To be clear, the changes to PP though proposed in earlier by the administration, we're Not included in this budget proposal. The current budget plan does not propose to increase premium rates but to cut the amount of potential return a company writing the insurance could realize. In essence the budget would make writing the insurance by private insurance companies so unattractive that the program would end up entirely in government hands. Is that what you desire? | |
