Once you had it planted you should of had 100% of your coverage on it. I don't think you would have wanted to tear it up and only have 60% of the payment and also the expense of planting it. Did you talk to the insurance company before you replanted to get some of your replanting expenses back? I didn't answer your question but I don't think you could of torn it up after it was planted and gotten PP on it.
