I was told that Patricia missed most of the major edible growing areas. Sounds like harvest will be just getting underway soon. The thought was that they had/have a decent (average) crop coming.
Black Market looks to be an uphill struggle due to bin run seed and "surprise" acres by some on US side and a decent crop down in Mexico. Unless there is some surprise demand from a new(er) market like cuba or crop failure in SA.
