This was my thought. Nobody farms it now. I cut hay off of it two years ago. This guy logs for a living and likes to try to buy land at a price he can pay for the ground with timber. But he is a neighbor I will have to live with going forward. My gut says he is trying to"steal it" and I've made him nervous.
