Yea they got a bunch of it for rent to the south of me in Grant and Traverse county.

I have no interest in it but sounds like there are a couple of guys that will most likely push it pretty hard.

my guess is that somebody will be dumb enough to bid $ 225- $ 275 per acre sure hope not but you know how farmers are got to keep it away from the greedy neighbor who is trying to farm everything LOL

truthfully I have no clue but I'm sure I will be shocked by how high and who bids.

I hear that we will be $5.00 corn and $12.00 beans by May couple that with the yields we had this year and the willing ness of some to give away 50% or a corn crop and 60% of a bean crop for rent looks like I'm way cheap on my guess.

Maybe the fact that it's in a flood impoundment area will slow some down ____ NAAAAA bid away boy's there not making any more of it.
