On the other hand, the time to make such changes was with the new farm bill we got to sign up for already a year retroactive last spring. I'm troubled by making changes now to a 5 year program that was already a year late, that farmers tried to deal with as best they could with what was there, offered as a 5 year take it or leave it contract. Now being changed on one side less than a year after it was offered? That is troubling. Paul
