Time to buy ground is when it is for sale, when it lays next door. Bought a farm 3 years ago, paid too much. But if had to do it over today would still pay the same amount if that is what it took to own it.
Really wasn't planning on buying any more in the near term, but some has come up for sale next to some I own. So much for planning.
