half the problem is they give you about half the dose you need. They want you on least possible. I am right up front and ASK for a higher dose rightfully saying the lower dosnt work for me.
I USED to have alot of those too until I started taking a Zyrtec EVERY single day.. Seems to have cut them way back unless I get around mold,,,then all bets are off.
