Lost 2.4, 243.4

I actually weighed this morning,4:00a.m., I was 248.? Left home at 5:00a.m.

Just got home and the 243.4 was my weight, so I am going with that.

Only have about a day of field work left, unless I level some chiseled ground. Very dry ground.

Maybe I can haul some black dirt before it gets wet again. Still have not finished the landscaping around my house yet.

Now that harvest and field work are wrapping down, maybe I can concentrate on losing weight again.

Would like to get to 220 or under before thanksgiving or  Christmas.

Maybe get my hernia fixed and have my neck vert., looked at again.
