I farm in a couple pretty good counties. The payment is maxed at10% of county Olympic ave times Olympic price times .85 and then times that by 85% of base acres. I'm trying to figure out how guys feel they could be getting so much. The way I see it $70 seems about max for anyone or am I mis something?
