| My only thought to add is it don't have to pay for itself until you are ready to be done farming. This means if your willing to commit to it, you just need to be able to make the payments between now and doomsday. Now it gets more complicated when you start thinking bigger, because you have to be able to make the payments AND buy groceries. But a 40 isn't going to cut it for groceries, so just make the payment tells you how much you can spend. My $.02 | |
