These were guys that started w very little, it wasn't given to them so idk where you got that in my post.

Their dad farmed 400 acres when they came home they were 1600 by 85 mostly rented.

If young and want to take risk, it can be done. Its all about risk level. I know if I was 21 again, I'd take a lot more risk, if it failed at least your young nuff to start over. Its different when you get some age , you have more to lose.
