Subject: RE: Shortage of Manual Labor

Southeast Kansas
This is a direct reason why the number of farmers and ranchers has fallen by somewhere around 20% in the last decade, my generation is plain lazy. We were born in the late 70's early 80's raised up being spoiled in the 90's when people had a lot of extra money to spend. Now my generation is in their 30's and 40's and we still expect to be spoiled. Makes me sick. A friend of mine who is 40 had the conversation the other day of how he and I are 2 of five guys in our surrounding area under the age of 55 that farm.
