Buxton ND | Why the heavy shipment ? Early, quick harvest, producers selling beans because they simply need the CASH.
2-3 weeks ago I pointed out a 125 mb rise in commercial shorts, AGAIN producers selling beanies = HEDGE PRESSURE
CASH FLOW needs of producer ARE effecting our market guys and gals ?
Commercials spend year using producer cash flows needs against them, THEY HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN HOW.
Yeah there's some that can lock it way in the bins til spring, many simply can not.
OK we had really good inspections this morning right ? What's the market done with it ? NOTHING.
Since beans dropped under $9 bucks,,, China been buying,,, so where's the big rally ? ? ? This is why I say it takes more then just exports to rally the bean market.
