SE NE | First of all we will have a decent corn crop, north of me they have a bumper crop but south of me is not so hot. There is some good corn south of me, but for the most part they had too much rain early then no rain late.
The thing that really makes me wonder about how much corn is out there is all of the merchandisers calling me, I get about 5 calls a day asking for corn and trying to make deals. That hasn't happened since 2012. I'm not saying the crop is that bad, but I never heard a peep from any of them in 2013 or 2014. | |
