deep SW On.
CBOT beans during Great Russian Grain robbery hit something like $13.50 , for a few minutes everybody thought corn & beans was going to be $10 & $4 as the new norm. From end user side grains are pretty much were they need to be ,ethanol, dairy, hog, beef guys are just paying there bills as grains and oil seed guys are . Like above posters say we ,if history is a teacher have 4 yrs. or so of lower prices before looking at any new highs . Its always the unexpected that surprises or changes the market . Ray,Maizing, and Sat has a better handle than us on it but nobody knows. FWIW visited a guy on Saturday that mentioned renting his farm out, Know him well and he says that he is wore out from guys stopping and offering /wanting to rent/buy his farms . Pretty much was "give me all the farm profits and you can farm it for fun"...everybody says guys paying 1/3 more rents, driving all new,big machinery have there day coming but so far they ain't slowing down but growing by 1,000 acres yr. were us other guys hope too keep what we are renting
