"five year cash flow projection" ? Never heard of a banker wanting that,
My "comeback" would be,,, you tell you him you want TODAY'S interest rate locked in for 5 YEARS.
If he cant do that,,, tell him TO STUFF his five year cash flow projections.
BTW did I mention I can be blunt at times.

Old Sat is 52 just turned not long ago, the 1970's is a big reason why I'm the bearish SOB. I just learned about the 70's from my Dad and some of old timers and you know me I researched what they said on the charts. I started farming in 1980, so I grow up going to fore-closer sales with Dad,,,,,,,,, the emotions of those sales still sends chills down my spine.

I bought a $4000 nearly new swather for 500 bucks.
A very very nearly new $2500 row crop cultivator, again 500 bucks. That was the FIRST BID, MINE, to this day I'm NEVER THE FIRST BID. That one I will never forget, late fall sale in 1985 THERE WERE ONLY 47 BIDING NUMBERS GUYS.
